Year R Learning Journey

Term 1: Ourselves, Super me

This term we are focusing on feeling settled and part of the St Osmunds School family.  Our learning will be focused on knowing our own bodies, our families and how we can uphold a healthy lifestyle. We will also be learning about superheroes and thinking about what is super about ourselves: am I super at listening, super at running? etc.

Throughout this term we will be learning more about our new friends in class, adults in class and around school and meeting other children from different classes. We will be building our confidence in talking to new people and developing our independence in moving around school and in the playground without needing an adult to support us.
