Admissions Supplementary Form for children starting school in September 2015.
Applications for a place at St Osmund's must be made using the Primary Common Application Form. This form will be available from September 2014 either from the school or Wiltshire Council. Parents are also able to apply online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk Our supplementary form must also be completed and returned to school along with any relevant evidence. Deadline Noon 15th Jan 2015

If you have a child that is moving from another school to St.Osmund's you will need to complete a form available at the above link.
